This is me sitting at the top of the Peurto de Ibaneta. This photo was taken by Alfredo- one of many Italians and friends I have meet on my Camino.

Although, one of the reasons I decided to walk the Camino in winter was to get some time off, I met a great deal of fellow pilgrims and not only. Some people I’d only see once, some would keep me company for a couple of days or weeks and some would pop up every now and again during my 6 weeks. Some I’m friends with now,on facebook, some I wished I could see again, and some I will probably never see again.
