Some of your know I've been not feeing well health wise. And traning is really difficult for me as it makes me feel ill. But I signed up for group training I've gone to two weeks so far and it's been great. Killing it on this crazy machine that's like and elliptical but it's a stair climber. Doing mah warm ups on it. Then heading onto other stuffs like planks and squats but doing it right as there's a trainer making sure your not being lazy. I'm really liking it. And best of all it's free.
