i don’t watch spn but i enjoy destiel’s dynamic so occasionally i check in on the tag and it’s so bizarre to me. when i first started seeing them on tumblr i assumed they were canon and i was floored when i found out they weren’t, seeing the kind of scenes they have together. i would be kind of bothered if i watched the show and they still aren’t together after all the seasons of them gazing into each other’s eyes and whatnot. not trying to stir the pot! just a thought

I mean–so you thought it was canon. What’s stopping you from thinking it’s canon now?

I’m very much in the camp of “it’s canon if every sense of the word other than tangible words of ‘I Love You’”

But, Sam and Eileen haven’t said that either but like, the very episode she was back how many people were screaming romantic endgame (myself included) They later kissed but now she’s gone. Kisses aren’t needed for “canonizing” relationships. It’s just a perk.  

If by the end of it all people want to scream queerbait, then that’s a future problem. 

But here and now, they are not, and people like to throw that word around thinking they know what it means. 

ETA: This is a very deep, multi-level and perspective argument but the one thing I will put my foot down on is accusing Bobo Berens and Andrew Dabb of queerbaiting.

Why can’t I reblog or like certain posts????

Has anyone else had this issue? As seen above, the top post has the reblog,  reply, and like buttons removed but the one underneath of it they are there. Both of these posts are from reblogs posted from the same blog. I am so confused, does anyone know why this is like this??? Am I being blocked somehow????

So, I have found a solution!

I couldn't like anything on this site for some reason, and that is a big part of this place. And I couldn’t find anything in the ‘Tumblr Help Page’. But I did a google search and other people have been having similar problems. But one solution was to run your browser (Firefox/Google Chrome/Etc) in Incognito/Privet/Hidden mode. This worked for me.

I CAN’T LIKE/REBLOG POSTS FROM BLOGS

Hey everyone, I’m having trouble with tumblr. When I go onto someones blog post, the tumblr controls at the top right corner (Like, Follow, Reblog, Dashboard) doesn’t show up. All I get is a follow button (even though I’m already following that person’s blog) and the button that takes me back to the dashboard.

So now when I go to someones blog, I can’t like or reblog their posts. I can still like/reblog from my dashboard, but i like to go to my favorite blogs and like/reblog there, instead of searching through hundreds of posts through the dashboard.

I had this trouble with blogs that didn’t have the ‘.tumblr.com’ at the end of their URL, but I didn’t let it bother me, so I would reblog from those blogs from my phone, but now the problem has spread to all of the other blogs. I assume this is a problem I’m going through, so there’s something up with my tumblr.

I’ve tried looking online for solutions, but none of the sites have been able to help me out. I’ve tried removing cookies and cache files from Google Chrome and restarting it all, but still nothing. Does anyone out there have a simple solution to this problem?

UPDATE 11/9/2015

Kay, so I contacted tumblr support and they told me to enable my cookies and it werked. Everything is back to normal now, very thankful that they were able to help me out. Thanks to everyone who sent me messages with advice!
