Thace never liked to let his guard down around strangers, but he could not keep awake. He wasn’t perfect, nor was he a super being. He needed rest just like everyone else. The Galra had turned away, and soon enough, had fallen asleep, his alert ears now slack, his form rising and falling softly with each breath. He was exhausted, physically and mentally. How long had he been going like this? Hard to tell, things were a blur when you were this tired. But nightmares weren’t forgiving, and for Thace, that word was far from it. It was cold and dark, moans of agony echoing in his now flattened ears, shivers causing his fur to stand in absolute terror. Gripping the bars he tried to shake them loose, but his guilt, it was too strong. He can’t get out! He was now being smothered-“Someone..someone help me…”

Today was a GORGEOUS day!

Soooo pretty! It was my day off and I went to see the Circle! It wasn’t as good as the book and they changed stuff that IMO really ruined it... lame. I honestly wish that Emma Watson wasn’t in it, because I feel like they made her much nicer than she is in the book. She drinks a lot and sleeps around in the book. That’s part of some major plot points, but they took that out completely. Just weird. Oh well. 

I really wanted to go running today since it was so nice out! But my calf is still being weird... I really don’t know what’s wrong, I don’t know if I should be worried yet or not.  But my parents and I went out to dinner, so that was nice. I also went shopping for a pair of capris for work and found some that are elastic waist, but not in the grandma bunched up style. They just look like normal jeans, but with no button of zipper. They are stretchy, but still denim and super comfortable, so they’ll be great for this warmer weather at work! 

Tomorrow it’s back to work. Joy.
