Sam: We have Marie-France here because, Marie-France, Nikolaj was one of your first students here.
Marie-France: He was, yeah.
Sam: So how was it to see him grow like in the past few years
Marie-France: He showed up with his suitcase, I was pregnant to there, it was great!
Sam: Billie, salut!
Marie-France: My daughter's almost 10, so that's how long he's been here
Nik: Whenever I forget how long I've been in Montreal, I just have to ask how old Billie is, and I know exactly.

Nik: When I moved with Marie and Patch, they saw me on the 21st of December. I had come up, I was from Connecticut before, training with my previous coach, and I came up on the 21st, and we had a meeting, and when I came back on the 26th, I arrived, and the coaches wasn’t really sure we were moving, and I just arrived with my luggage, and I said I’m here. And Marie was like, Marie had had given, you know, she gave birth on the 24th of December.
Lilah: Oh gosh
Nik: So everything happened very fast. So like the 26th it was like ok, I moved here.

Laurence is a Cancer with a Pisces moon: very intuitive, empathic, and emotionally deep. peace making and diplomatic. friendly but tends to keep her ideas and opinions to herself. attached to home and invested in building security. She also has half her planets in fixed signs, which gives tenacity and determination but also maybe stubbornness.

Unaspected Venus in Leo: her Venus doesn’t make connections to the other planets in her chart. so on the one hand, it’s very purely expressed because it’s not colored by interactions with other planets. But on the other hand, it could feel disconnected from other parts of her personality. People with an unaspected planet often feel strong connections to those who connect with that planet from their chart, like Nik does.
Venus represents relating to others, so emotional and social needs. also what you value, and what you find beautiful. People with an unaspected Venus are often creatively expressive in a way that connects to beauty, so her being an ice dancer and also very hands on in making their music and costumes makes sense. Venus in Leo is warm, generous, very loyal and thrives on romantic attention.
Mars opposite Pluto: like many elite athletes, she has a Mars/Pluto aspect. This means intense energy which needs a physical or creative outlet. strong and independent nature. fighting spirit, can be abrupt in manner.
A T-square pattern is made up of hard aspects which are always active, so you have a lot of tension that you’re challenged to overcome. It gives you a push of motivation and tremendous drive, and if you work on the challenges, they can become big strengths.
Mercury opposite Saturn. very intelligent, but may have had trouble communicating when younger or insecurity around your ability to communicate. a tendency to second guess or censor your thoughts.

Nikolaj could be either an Aquarius or Pisces, and he probably has a Leo Moon (but with a slight chance of Cancer moon, depending on the birth time). He has up to 7 of 10 planets in fixed signs in his chart, which makes him determined, strong willed and certain, but possibly inflexible and stubborn. Half his planets are in earth signs, so he’s practical and grounded.
Sun square Jupiter: (this would be stronger if he’s an Aquarius rather than a Pisces) Opportunities for great success if you create your own luck. Dreams big. This aspect tests the ego- may be a tendency for overconfidence, but any arrogance comes from a place of insecurity. May be a desire to accumulate possessions, like collecting special objects. His Progressed Sun changed from Pisces to Aries in April 2019 (it changes signs about every 30 years, so it’s a big shift) A new phase of action, a more assertive, proactive approach to life.
Nik also has a T-square in his chart, like Lolo. His has his Venus as the focal planet, so relationships are central to his life and a possible channel to help him solve some of his difficulties.

Synastry: these two have really powerful connections both between their birth charts and in their relationship chart.
The T-squares in their birth charts combine to make a Grand Cross- they each stabilize the tensions in the other’s T-square. Filling out a pattern for someone can be a binding connection, and even a feeling like the other person “completes’ you. There’s a lot of internal tension that can lead you to push each other to grow. This would never be boring.
His Moon conjunct her Venus: how close this is depends on his birth time, but a sense of understanding and support between them. this connection gives a sense of peace, serenity. he’s willing to go out of his way for her. Her sense of self worth is enhanced, she gets him emotionally. He appreciates her Venus qualities- beauty, her creativity, what she values- and this is a huge connection for her since her Venus is unaspected. Connecting to him allows her to express this part of herself in a way that’s not easy for her alone. He also has his Mercury opposite her Venus, so he connects strongly to her mentally as well as emotionally.
Her Mars conjunct his Jupiter: great physical connection. a lot of optimism, fun and high energy
