Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Add salt and pepper to the steaks and then brush them with olive oil on both sides. Put the steaks on the grill and cook them for four to five minutes on each side for medium-rare or until they're done the way you like them. Beef broth, balsamic vinegar, honey, and minced garlic should all be mixed together in a small saucepan. Bring it down to a low heat and cook for 5 minutes. Add water to a small bowl and mix cornstarch with it until it's smooth. Pour the cornstarch mix into the saucepan with the broth mix and stir it in. Keep stirring the sauce as it cooks until it gets thicker. Take the steaks off the grill and give them a minute to rest. Put the steaks on a plate and drizzle the balsamic glaze over them.
