Cancellation question
I booked a place to this upcoming weekend, the owner just contacted me and said that the listing wasn’t supposed to be up due to Covid and I have to cancel, when I went to cancel I clicked the reason being “the host needs me to cancel” and the app states I need to ask the host to cancel for me to receive a full refund.
I asked them to cancel it and they say once I cancel it they get a link to send me a full refund.
I goto cancel for a generic reason and it says that I’ll only get $68 refunded out of $405 I spent.
If the app is saying the host needs to cancel why is the host saying I need to cancel ?
