Recently, my boyfriend treated me to a delicious dinner at Candle 79 in New York City for our anniversary. This restaurant is among the creme-de-la-creme of vegan spots in the city. It’s a must-try spot for vegan travelers, and now I know why!

Oh hi. So it's been a while huh. Welp, we're back from the Holidays and ready for a new year and new obsessions!
This may or may not have already been mentioned on one of the past blog entries, but it doesn't matter because this week Joan Threat is again...OVERLY OBSESSED with The Meatball Shop, and their new cookbook . "Anytime the thought of their scrumptious balls gets in my head, I just can't think of anything else till I gobble them all up for myself...luckily one of their locations is right here in Williamsburg, all the easier for me to eat their balls! (plus, everyone enjoys a good giggle at the mere mention of "balls" right?)"
The winter makes Messdemeanor want to hibernate so she spends a lot of time warming up in the shower. "Aura Cacia aromatherapy shower tablets turn my bathroom into a spa - every scent is amazing! "
Kill E. Kapowski is currently obsessed with Just Dance 3. "We splurged and bought a Wii and I can't get over how much fun this game is. The song selection is actually pretty awesome and it kind of gives you a decent workout. "
Stevie Kick's current obsession is this Earth Therapeutics Hand Remedy lotion. "I got a big ol' manicure set for Christmas from the rents complete with lovely lotions. This makes my hands softer than ever. Crucial in this COLD, dry air."
Since Snowflake is currently a stay-at-home wife (it's temporary!!), she's been trying to cook up some new dinner thanks to the Candle 79 cookbook. Yummy Vegetable risotto was the first thing to try out and of course it was delicious!
