Storefronts in Candler Park, Atlanta. This is what retail looked like when we designed it for streetcars and pedestrians, before automobile culture changed the pattern to parking lot-fronted shopping centers, or to mega developments based around parking decks. I'm glad we still have these older models to use as a pattern again when we get over our car addiction.
