What do you mean NMTD is 5 years old?
Some thoughts as I'm rewatching it, since I'm back on my Much Ado hyperfixation:
Hero in Nothing Much to Do has the most adorable Jane Bennett vibes, she's precious
Benedick has ADHD, you cannot change my mind
Beatrice is absolutely right about his first video with the bird killings, but the second one is a sharp improvement. Ending in pictures of sloths while singing nonsense to the Titanic song was absolutely inspired, 10/10
Beatrice ended Benedick so thoroughly in that mango argument that I was truly sorry for him, poor dear
I have never watched a version of Much Ado that managed to make me care about Dogberry and company. The little Sherlock wannabes are a bit cute, tho
Hero's outfits are adorable and I want them
Beadick is the greatest ship name, it suits them so well, I use it for every version
I still think mocking the English is Good and Just, but Ben and James Derry girls are baby

Ben going on about not wanting a relationship for himself or Claudio because he wants to avoid inevitable heartbreak, and then talking about his fallout with Bea when they were younger 😭
Bea is the baby feminist we all were! She's flawed, but relatable and on the right path

Bea and Hero are the most adorable cousins ever
John is just over there being a little emo
Bea and Ben take the most wild excuses to talk about each other and how much they totally don't like each other
