Worst thing that happened to me today:

I HAD TO THROW $638 WORTH OF EXPIRED CANDY AND CHOCOLATE IN THE GARBAGE. THAT IS OVER 60 POUNDS OF SWEET, SUGARY GOODNESS THAT MY BOSS MADE ME GET RID OF.

I don't usually post anything other than art and art i love on my tumblr, but as someone who works in gaming, it really burns my cookies when i see companies like King up to BS tricks.

Bullet points:

- CandySwipe came out in 2010 and Candy Crush Saga came out in 2012 

- CandySwipe's dev., Albert Ransom, is fighting King's trademark on the word "Candy" and "Candy Crush Saga" because hey, CandySwipe predates their game by TWO YEARS.

- King buys a trademark for "Candy Crusher", which came out before CandySwipe, and uses it to try and have Ransom’s CANDYSWIPE trademark registration cancelled.

King you are A STANDUP COMPANY. /sarcasm. 

That BS about not trying to infringe on other people's IP when they objected to Banner Saga's trademark is just that, total BS.
