New images have been archived on Kovopedia!

I've been putting this off for around two years, but I finally dug through Kameoka's Twitter and gathered a TON of Magical Vacation/Starsign media, mainly concept art and other illustrations!

I also retrieved a few unused designs from Legend of Mana that were repurposed for Magical Vacation!

Magical Vacation - Let's Illustrate!

Some time after Magical Vacation released in Japan, Brownie Brown opened a fanart submission page called "Let's Illustrate" (レッツイラスト) on their MV website. Submissions were categorized by "General Submission Works" (一般応募作品) and "Friends' Works" (おともだち作品).

Sadly, several images weren't preserved on the WayBack Machine, so we salvaged what we could and stored them in a Drive folder!

yesterday, i updated candy’s wiki page with her own gallery section! here’s a collage of kameoka’s artwork of candy from 2001 to 2021!

(the one on the bottom right is concept art for legend of mana, which i presume was drawn around 1998. doesn’t it look like a prototype version of candy :0?)
