Apartments A and B are unfurnished LOFTS.

The Apartment C is a fully furnished DUPLEX.

The community zone includes a swimming pool, sauna, community locker room and a small outdoor area.

Remember, if you would like your sims to move into the fully furnished version as seen in pictures, be sure to turn on cheats and follow the instructions below

Hold CTRL + SHIFT + C Type in boolprop testingCheatsEnabled true Press enter Shift + Click the furnished apartment door Select Move In… Fully Furnished

IMPORTANT: In the .rar file you will find TS2 Clean Installer file. Make sure you use the Clean Installer - 99% is CC so USE WITH CARE!
