Finished listening to Wolf 359’s Change of Mind special episode and can I just say, it has some of the greatest use of sound design I’ve heard in a podcast as of yet??

That transition from Lovelace’s flashback to present day gave me chills

♧ : Playing with their hair

LinLin was laying in her bed, her oldest son close by her side, he just turned 2 years old and was still rather playful. Seeing how PerosPero grabbed her hair and played with it, Lin couldn’t help but to smile.She normally was a cold hearted pirate, without mercy and empathy, however, something about her oldest child made her softer and thus she caressed the small child’s head affectionated while the toddler continued to play with her hair. LinLin was proud of him as he already showed great potential in his abilities, thus being her favorite now.Only a couple weeks ago she had birthed triplets, yet none of them could harness her attention as much as this little guy in front of her.

“You like to play with your Mama’s hair, now do you?” a low chuckle escaped her mouth as she did something very uncommon for her. She bowed down gently and gave PerosPero a kiss on his forehead before continuing watching her small son. A sigh escaped her as she already thought on where she could go for the next husband and what race she should go this time for…

He could’ve seen it coming. No, not could’ve. He should’ve. Because he is a goddamn Vinsmoke. And not just a Vinsmoke– the perfect soldier. But here he is, standing with a stab wound in his stomach. It’s easy to tell that the wound is very deep and there’s no way to take care of it. Not right now, anyway. Oh this is fucking fantastic. Well, he is supposed to be a perfect soldier and he has had worse so… So he should be fine. Yonji huffs and clenches his fists. The youngest Vinsmoke takes a deep breath. A stab wound, and all those other wounds he has right now, can’t stop him!

“Is that all you’ve got?” Lips form a grin. “Don’t you dare answer that with a ‘yes’.”

“Brother Peros. Hello.” He seems...exhausted. He was not around for a few months for some reason. Just. casually returns, just like that huh.

She had noticed the man’s confusion when he woke, but put it off as she was more concerned about the state of his body at the moment. She watched him rub his head before she put a gentle hand over his chest when he tried to move, “Might not want to move around to much. You were pretty bruised up when I found you.” She moved her hand away and pulled a chair over by the bed he was on, which was a bit too small for him it seemed, and sat down with her legs crossed.

She leaned back in her seat with an arm draped over it, her other hand resting on her knee as she observed him. Her ears slightly perked at his question and she glanced around the room, “You’re in my inn room. I hope you don’t mind, but I didn’t want to leave you out on the street so I brought you back here to patch you up a bit.” She watched him for a moment before blinking as a thought came to mind and jerked her thumb behind her at the kitchenette, “By the way, are you hungry? I could whip something up if you are.”

The stare from this... creature sent shivers down the scientist’s spine, it looked human but according to the data collected so far it actually wasn’t. What it was exactly he didn’t know, some kind of a monster with very, very dangerous powers, if it got lose there would definitely be casualties.

Caesar was almost kind of jealous, this thing was probably stronger than him yet still managed to look more human than him.

“It would be in your best interest to cooperate and help us reach our answers, would definitely save time for you as well...” He wasn’t against using painful methods to get results but a cooperative test subject was easier to handle than a struggling one, that and... honestly this particular test subject was scary, he’d rather not get any more on it’s bad side than absolutely necessary. “What’s your name?”

Charlotte Brulee:

1) What does your muse smell like? Brulee has a woody, floral smell 2) How often does your muse bathe/shower? Brulee showers once a day, mostly in the morning, sometimes in the evening too, it depends on her level of activity or stress level. Once in a month she goes on full bath mode and engulfes herself in well scented, rose petaled, milky water to refreshen her skin 3) Does your muse have any tattoos or piercings? Neither of them 4) Any body movement quirks (EX: tapping heel, shaking knee)? Brulee’s eyes tend to twitch if she is nervous or angry. Also if she is angry her smile is completely gone and replaced by a frightening mean look. 5) What do they sleep in? Brulee prefers to sleep in a silky nightgown, sometimes however, especially when it’s warm, she goes for a light short tank top only with sweat pants 6) What’s their favorite piece of clothing? Dresses and elegant robes such as fur coated jackets, also her preferered shoes are stilettos and high heels. 7) What do they do when they wake up? First they stretch themselves, doing a little morning routine before jumping into the shower. 8) How do they sleep? Position? Brulee mostly sleeps on her left side, slightly curled up, she is also a blanket hogger. 9) What do their hands feel like? Her hands are really smooth, despite their appearance.
