Well, this weekend pretty much blew up in my face with my husband getting a stomach bug. Yup. ANOTHER bug in this house 🤬😖I really count on my weekends for getting myself set up for success for the week ahead and unexpectedly losing that time makes me super stressed. And then a moody teething 2.5 year old who didn’t nap. And the thought of us getting the bug in a couple of days. Like, I may have ugly cried in the bathroom a few (five) times today. I know everyone says not to put pressure on myself when things like this happen (because they will), but I just can’t help but think of the week ahead and get even more stressed at the thought of feeling out of control food wise and then potentially being out for the count myself. So... I made it happen.
