I am loving these slow days for lots of reasons, but one of the top is to be able to cook and bake for fun with my daughter. So many times when she wants to help I’m cooking with purpose and I get grumpy about slowing down and making a mess. But now, we can spend time slowly chopping, cracking eggs, measuring, and being present with our ingredients and one another. Today we made our second batch of strawberry muffins to taste test which recipe we like best. We choose this one from @laceybaier.
