Being a personification isn’t all that great, honestly. If you’re in the public eye, you get a vast majority of the blame for things you couldn’t prevent. And if magic is a part of your culture. Well, you might end up in the same situation as T’ne and Eruu find themselves in.
The two Hesutians, scapegoats to trying out the newest spells due to their semi-immortality, looked over the Howl-spell before they had to raise it into the sky and knew it wouldn’t work as planned. But they figured that the effect wouldn’t be as dramatic as it was. Which lead to the current awkward situation the pair of Equals find themselves in.
“So, do you think they can understand us?” T'ne mutters to her wolf companion, sticking to their shared tongue as she leans away from the monstrously large canines that appeared at the end of the bad Howl-spell.
“Doubt it. If they do I’ll soothe the meanest Hydra next time it acts up.” Eruu responds, voice low so it won’t carry as far. Really, he was just expecting magical drain but no. The summon did work, just not on what the spell was intended to summon. He’s not the happiest wolf in the den and his posture is reflecting that.
