Thought I would share my views..Take the time to read this one. Had to do this for an english essay.
BULLYING.
Bullying is the one thing that people have the gut to do that I CANNOT STAND. All bullying does is bring people down, their self-esteem just drops down into the lowest pits of darkness where they feel they can do nothing. There’s not just one way of bullying either, but many. Who in their right mind would want to come up to a person and say rude, hurtful, and distressed phrases like “what a whore” and “you’re so ugly!” and then feel no sort of guilt afterwards? WHAT IS THE POINT?!!!? You had to take all that time out of your precious day to say those things? It’s much uncalled for. Have you lost your mind? It feels like you may have.
I’m sure as hell if anyone ever picks on somebody, even if I personally dislike the person getting picked on, I WILL let the bully have a piece of my mind and I WILL make them feel so guilty that they will never want to even put a thought of those evil things into that nasty mind of theirs.
Usually bullies that do all this hectoring have nothing better to do in their lives than carry out the ways that were taught from their own peers and elders. In my opinion, those parents must be horrible, not even close to be considered good; especially if you let your “bully” do the things they do and NOT say a word. That just makes you equally as much the bully because you are just watching it happen.
Has anyone ever been ponderous enough to think about the internal and external damages that little quarrels can do to a person? You people make fun of young men and women for how sad or depressed they are or how they might “cut” themselves , but have you ever thought to stand up for those people when they are getting harassed? Or even said “hi” in the hallways? You don’t know how much of a difference that makes to people that feel they have nothing and because you said that two-lettered word or stood up for their well-being, you will be remembered and counted for. You, yes, you could be the reason they smiled for the rest of the day or you could even be the accomplice that helped that person get out of the darkness that they were feeling was all around them. Now, is that so hard?
When you feel like nothing to the world and you feel shunned, you will know what it’s like. This, in particularly, pisses me off to the point where I have fucking cried. Yes, I have been bullied, and yes, I stand up for people that get pushed down, but that’s only because I actually try and have a big heart, unlike other people in this world. People like us feel pain and people like us give TOO much.
Choose to do this whole bullying thing as you wish, but just so you know, the people on the other side will rise to the occasion and become what you couldn’t be. Karma will eventually hit you in the head and give you what you rightfully deserve.
