I miss being Frisk. I miss everyone and I was happy and I loved Chara and I don't like this body or this life. I wish I could have that life again. I miss just that existence in general.~Frisk

Howdy Frisk.I know the feeling. Canonsickness is awful to deal with. The feeling of hopelessness is especially unbearable for me, personally. It might help to do your best to do things that remind you of your canon. Say, if you liked being outdoors, perhaps try a trek through your local park on a nice day. For me, I played the piano in my canon, so I play when I miss it. 

In addition, I felt some relief from this for one of my other canons by buying clothes that are similar to my old clothes - a couple of leather jackets in my case - as well as a plush. They’re extremely comforting to me. Perhaps you could find a sweater that’s like your old one? Now that Toby Fox allows most fan merchandise, it should be easier to find things like that! You can’t have the life you used to have, but please don’t let that consume you!
