i think the ending animation in ep 24 would have had more impact if not for that trippy "flowery chestburster Chinatsu" sequence just 1 episode before this. everything else pales in comparison :P

I had an idea for Alfred + weight issues in the context of pre-relationship rusame. While one or both may have feelings for the other, outwardly they're kinda antagonistic, so when Ivan catches wind of this problem he tries to help in the most assholish way possible, like going "that's it? what a disappointment, this isn't even worth teasing you about" after getting an eyeful/handful of Alfred's stomach, or telling him how he wouldn't survive even one winter in his homeland with this little fat

But it certainly would make a great conflict! like since you said this is pre-relationship, then later they would be a couple right?

The transitioning of AssholeToAlfred!Ivan to CaringAboutAlfred!Ivan would surely be an interesting plot! It seems like a plot with a lot of obstacles and angst and very intriguing :D 

(btw your ask is only 1 part right? Just wanna make sure since this ask seems like cut in the middle. Or maybe not.)

i actually have an intense love/hate relationship with Re:Creators EXACTLY because of the discrepancy between its amazing premise and “meh” plot

and yet the premise and the execution of that premise are so AMAZINGLY DONE that every week I watch with rapt attention? how does someone create a story that’s both so mind-bogglingly compelling and so excruciatingly mundane at the same time??

It’s such a miracle that I was able to churn these out today,,,, but anyway ~~ I drew both, as being able to portray Subaru at opposite sides of the emotional spectrum was so much fun^^

i actually always thought that Oso would make an ok bartender. he would love to work with alcohol, isn't that much of a nuisance to women as long as they're not within groping distance, and can be a surprisingly good listener sometimes

hmm i don’t know, if he actually took the job seriously i think he’d be okay at it, but that goes for like...every job (and tbh it’s hard to think of him taking any job seriously/even having a job. same goes for all the brothers, but it’s especially true for oso) (i mean like.... *gestures toward episode 24*)

maybe working with alcohol would appeal to him? idk, oso is a simple man with simple tastes, he’s probably more of the “there’s nothing better than a cold beer on a hot day” mindset. if he’s handling the stronger stuff for any reason, he’d probably be more interested in drinking it than serving it to other people. there’s definitely an image of “sophistication” behind being knowledgeable of and handling the fancier drinks, and that seems like it would pique kara’s and totty’s interests more. 

i feel like oso (as well as his brothers) can be good people when it counts, so i don’t think he’d really be a nuisance to women when on the job for whatever profession he may be working (though i wouldn’t put it above him not to drop an inappropriate comment every once in a while). and i think he’s a good listener sometimes, but i don’t think we’ve ever seen an instance where he’s actually been like....helpful haha. he doesn’t have this insatiable need to help others and gain attention like kara, for example

not trying to discredit bartender!oso or anything, but i think it might be a too high-stakes job for his interests? i’m having trouble thinking of what job he’d might actually enjoy right now, though (because again, “matsu + job = ??? lol as if”)

Have you ever hosted / would you consider hosting a character popularity poll for BeY?

Hello! We’ve actually never hosted a character poll for BeY (due to lack of anime/manga content and the BeY fandom was quite small in the past) but now that we’re more than halfway through the anime, we’re very open to the idea of hosting a character popularity poll! Some of these might include favourite dance couple, favourite male or female character (etc.) but we’d have to plan it all out first before confirming anything ^^ 

If anyone would be interested in participating/giving ideas, please feel free to message us! If a lot of you would like us to host these popularity polls, give this post a like/reblog so we can get a head start on preparations >:D
