It's sad and infuriating

It’s so crazy how people want you to stay but try their hardest to push you away. Like if I leave you have no right to be upset because you basically didn’t value me enough to not treat me like shit so I would stay. Then they have the nerve to be like well if you leave you leave knowing damn well they don’t want you to leave but they want to be able to have the excuse of saying well they walked away from me, they could’ve stay. Truth is no they couldn’t because you didn’t make them feel that way. But you wanna play victim. People get in the way of themselves because we like to glorify the idea that everyone’s gonna leave anyway so what’s the point. Even though that’s true those people will leave your life on their own, not because you PUSHED them away. NOT EVERYONE IS TEMPORARY, but we can’t seem to grasp that concept. This is why most people’s relationships are fucked today. We dispose of people too quickly. We like to fuck up our own happiness and relationships and then blame it on the other person or the fact that “it just wasn’t meant to be”. I’m sick of hearing that shit. I understand that that may be true but it’s not true for all the time. Like I said people don’t like to put in the effort to make things work anymore. If it seems to difficult, or new, or scary we just go ahead fuck it up and then have a million excuses for why it didn’t work instead of blaming ourselves for once again not having the balls to grow up and face the new relationship/challenge head on. We expect everything to be easy and when it’s not and it involves effort it looks like the common out is to sabotage it ourselves so we don’t have to work to make things work.
