Throw back! Bought tickets to see @frankturner and Lucero at Red Rocks today. Made me realize that one of the coolest things I’ve ever experienced was thanks to Frank being the coolest. At Fest9, he closed 8 Seconds. the venue was ready to be done, but we weren’t. He met the crowd in the parking lot and kept playing. The cops broke it up in the middle of covering Damnit. Two years later, he walked on stage at 8 Seconds and picked up where he left off - in the middle of Damnit.
