To anyone curious about the raises, my boss had a talk with all of the partners at my store and told us how much we were getting and when it started (which was yesterday). I got a 95 cent raise. But he said that one of my shifts only got 20 cents??

It depended on how much your market increased their starting pay and how much you were below/above the new starting rate for your position.

Those boots for your SNK cosplay are PERFECT. The ones I bought are a little iffy. Where'd you get yours, if you dont mind me asking?

The boots are from Love Culture! It appears they don't have it on the site so I suggest going in store to look if you have one near you. Forever 21 is a similar store however and often times will release boots in a similar style.
