@caobengen said: “Heheh–” oh boy. Ku lets go and starts walking off, “Let’s go on a walk, then, Sylv! Follow me~!”
... they can’t really comment on not being able to see him, but thankfully their natural Dendro resonance allowed them to extend their ‘feeling’ out to be able to tell where Ku Shen’s footsteps fell on the ground and letting their hearing help with their sense of direction. With a few uneasy steps, they trailed behind him a bit sluggishly.
“Is it far? I can follow you pretty decently but if we’re going anywhere without grass then uh ...”

"Ugh... the one thing I miss about humans is their cooking. There's bound to be some new restaurants around here by now, right?" reaches out and fumbles to tug at Zhonglis sleeve, "C'mon old man, let's get some food while I'm in town."
if there was something zhongli, in his new beginnings, was most excellent at, it was serving as a tour guide of liyue harbor. even upon his lofty throne as the geo archon, morax had been diligent in taking the time to descend to the level of the people, molding his image from that of a great divine dragon, to a more humble appearance. an elderly woman, an energetic child, a man with bright amber eyes--all may have sensed something just slightly peculiar about the individual, but no human was ever capable of truly discerning mortal from god.
thus, zhongli was far too well versed in all of what liyue offered, and his eyes noticeably brightened at the opportunity presented.
‘ more than just some, ‘ zhongli hummed, amusement lining his words. long had ku shen been gone, and in that time, humanity had flourished beyond any of their imagining. the world of then and now were starkly different, and zhongli already had a variety of places to begin to show to ku shen how much he had missed. ‘ if you truly wish to partake in what liyue now has to offer, we will have to make quite a number of stops. but, i have a few connections that can allow us into the more popular locations... ‘
already was his mind quickly navigating the most efficient food trip through liyue, from its humble food vendors on street corners, to the luxurious restaurants booked months in advance with hardly a seat to spare. such was far from an inconvenience, however, to a man with hands dipped in nigh every social circle, privileges granted that many could only dream of.
‘ come then. you will be pleased with the advancement humans have made in their recipes. ‘

“I’m an asshole, but I ain’t that kind of asshole.” Alex pats Ku Shen’s hand, steering them towards the shopping district.
“How much can you see anyway? I know some can still kinda see colours, didn’t know if you had some you liked. Or texture, too.” Carefully he stepped them both around people passing by.
“Any idea on what you’d like or can I go off with pickin’ some shit?”
‘ my apologies--if i had known those slimes were companions of yours, i wouldn’t have let cairo after them. ‘
