Enjoyed a lively discussion with Ee Sim 逸芯 and Raymond 剑斌 on Capital 95.8FM earlier this week. We exchanged views on current affairs, including what we should do amidst the COVID-19 outbreak and the various heartwarming initiatives that have emerged ground-up. I’m glad to see unity among Singaporeans during these difficult times. By spreading positivity and warmth through little acts of kindness, we can build a more caring and resilient Singapore. I also shared how the arts and culture are at the heart of every society. It improves well-being, roots us as Singaporeans, and inspires us to be better. This is why MCCY wants to provide more opportunities for Singaporeans at different life stages to experience the arts and culture, through Museum-based Learning (MBL) and WeCare Arts Experiences. MBL will bring students to museums for them to learn more about Singapore’s multicultural heritage, while WeCare Arts Experiences will expand opportunities for the less-privileged to enjoy ticketed arts performances and presentations. Together, we can make Singapore an endearing and inclusive home with opportunities and possibilities for all. #COS2020 #SGUnited #958早点正能量 #Capital958 https://www.instagram.com/p/B9qTz1fn1gD/?igshid=nczm1g735p48
