Here we see Clemensia start to play around with color, shapes, highlighters, rhinestones, glitter, different lash lengths and use colored contacts. She is more loose with herself and is less “conservative “ with her makeup, and goes fully out. After people started at her after the snakebite, she chooses to embrace being and looking different, even if all her scales clear. I single handedly believe, she set the tone for the wild and colorful styles the people from the Capitol wear later on. She was one of the trendsetters, we can also connect this to Tigris wanting to become a tiger, I believe the influence of Clemensia's colored scales truly made an impact in the capitol as something not really seen before. A good amount of makeup looks we see in tbosas are more toned down and less expressive and vibrant. I hope we really get to see the contrast when the sunrise on the reaping movie comes out and some sort of connection and maybe some answers.
