Book Clemensia Dovecote

This is lowkey how I imagined book Clemensia when they described her in the book. Because of her description of Raven long hair and her brown skin, and Coriolanus saying she was the most beautiful girl in the class. I imagined a desi or Asian Clemensia immediately . The Academy’s IT girl❤️ I also think Lara is beautiful and I think clemmie would wear this outfit to the academy. She’s the perfect face claim for book Clemensia. And just to clarify I think Ashley Liao is perfect and a great Clemensia, she even has a snake like look to her and she’s beautiful, so don’t get it twisted I love her and cherish her forever.

And I kinda want to know if I’m the only one who imagined her desi or if there’s more people who feel the same way 😅

Was listening to Superhero by Aim Vision... do you think it'd fit snowcote?

I'm so sorry I'm getting to this so late!

Firstly I wanted to say thank you for the ask, and thank you for introducing me to Aim Vision, I had never heard of him but I enjoyed his songs!

As for the song, I can definitely see it as Snowcote coded, I feel like there's many ways to interpret these lyrics, how I connected to their relationship was how they want to be there for each other, and making each other feel supported, and wanting to conquer anything together as superheroes. It feels like Coriolanus is being vulnerable by acknowledging the fact that he needs to be saved despite wanting to be Clemensia’s hero, therefore he can't really save her be he himself needs saving, which is quite sad. I feel like the song painted a picture how love can be beautiful but also painful which I feel like really highlights their relationship.

Sunrise on the reaping theory.

First off I want to start by saying this is literally a theory and can easily be considered me reaching, this is all in good fun so please be respectful. But I also think it could potentially make sense! I believe Magno Stift could be possibly related to Clemensia Dovecote. He is obsessed with anything related to reptiles, he has a snake pattern tattoo on him, we see him bring a cage of reptiles and even kiss a snake, and we know he’s a stylist. What if Clemensia’s snakebite affected her DNA and it wasn’t fully cured/restored from the bite and later on affected her during pregnancy, and we get this crazy, loony man obsessed with snakes and reptiles because of it. I feel like it could explain his behavior and the way he acts. There’s also the ongoing theory that Clemensia’s colorful snake scales, were a huge turn on capitol fashion and on cosmetics, so wether it’s just him being inspired by her or he’s actually her descendant there’s yet room to see, but that could also be a reason why he would become a stylist just because his mother/ relative was, even if he sucks at it.

Clemensia Dovecote makeup part 2౨ৎ

Post snakebite/ post tbosas

Here we see Clemensia start to play around with color, shapes, highlighters, rhinestones, glitter, different lash lengths and use colored contacts. She is more loose with herself and is less “conservative “ with her makeup, and goes fully out. After people started at her after the snakebite, she chooses to embrace being and looking different, even if all her scales clear. I single handedly believe, she set the tone for the wild and colorful styles the people from the Capitol wear later on. She was one of the trendsetters, we can also connect this to Tigris wanting to become a tiger, I believe the influence of Clemensia's colored scales truly made an impact in the capitol as something not really seen before. A good amount of makeup looks we see in tbosas are more toned down and less expressive and vibrant. I hope we really get to see the contrast when the sunrise on the reaping movie comes out and some sort of connection and maybe some answers.

Clemensia Dovecote's makeup part 1౨ৎ

everyday / school edition

Her makeup for the time being is more simplistic, very natural, more bronzy and glowy, kind of clean girl look she plays with a lot of red because that's one of her signature colors, Clemensia has also been blessed with amazing genetics and has clear skin. She usually does a liner to add an extra touch to her look. This is a bit more on the boring / basic side. But then after the snakebite things change and so does her makeup choices and the way she expresses herself.

Some fun headcannons of her:

She's part of one of the richest families in Panem. (cannonically Phipps family is one of the founding members of the capitol)

She has a trio with Arachne (my other mean lesbian) and livia (my ace mean girl) sometimes Clemmie hangs with them be they're the popular girls but clemmie doesn't like that they're mean.

She's also great friends with Domitia. And she hates Coriolanus something she can bond with Arachne and Livia about.

She really liked bobbin and would bring him orange tartlets during their strategy meetings. And when that happened she actually demanded compensation because of foul play which the academy gave to her, and she secretly donated part of it to Bobbin's family

Her mom isn't accepting of her so she has a rough relationship with her,but she has a good relationship with her dad, he is very protective of her and lowkey spoils her, she also has an older brother. Eventually her mom accepts her, but that's something that's really affected Juno. She also has beautiful black cat with green eyes.

Clemensia usually wears her hair down, because she is very proud of her very long hair. She doesn’t normally style it much, she already sees her long hair as an accessory, when she is feeling it she might wear a headband, do some braids or ponytails, and incorporate a bow here and there, she only wears her hair up or in a bun when there’s a special occasion like a gala or ceremony.
