Maine State Capitol Building, Augusta, 1975.
Flag of the USA but the stars are positioned according to the location of the 50 state capitols
from /r/vexillologycirclejerk Top comment: That's actually kind of neat although I thank God that I didn't have to draw that, ever.
Old State Capitol Building, Olympia, 2015.
... Panarin being out for the rest of the season should mean Tom Wilson is out, just saying ...
His actions were reckless and viscous in not only his fight with Panarin, but how he handled Buchnevich. When rewatching the videos, Buch could have been severely hurt considering how he fell and then Wilson’s punch... And don’t get me started on body slamming Panarin to the ice multiple times after ripping his helmet off. I understand the sport is physical. But there needs to be a respect for players and the game. You do not play like that. There is a difference in fights and full out brutality. Wilson. Is. Brutal. Something needs to be done and I am not talking about a $5000 fine that barely does anything... i’m talking serious suspension.
Shame on the league for not doing more about it. This really could have ended worse than it did...
Street Running by Craig Sanders Via Flickr: Amtrak Capitols 726 is running in the street in Oakland, California, as it heads toward Sacramento on Embarcadero Street. The tracks are former Southern Pacific. Note the fire truck crossing the tracks ahead of the train down by the block signals. June 24, 1999
