googling this is too much of an ocd compulsion for me at this point so i'm not allowing myself to look it up anymore but this drives me nuts:
typical resting heart rate for an adult in their 20s–30s is 60–100bpm
my resting heart rate (adult in their 20s) is like 40–55bpm
anytime I google this or have asked my doctor they all say "oh yeah it's normal for some people to have lower heart rates, like athletes or other very physically fit people :)"
I'm not very physically fit so why is MINE so low
is it normal for my heart rate to be so low? is it normal for my heart rate to shoot up to almost double my resting rate when I just… stand up and take a few steps? is this part of the reason I struggle so much with stamina for hiking/walking long distances? is this part of the reason my head gets fuzzy and floaty when I hike/walk long distances? is something wrong with me? is something wrong with me? is something w
