OH IT WAS THE SAME CAR ALRIGHT. glancing down to the photo on his phone, grace doesn’t need much more convincing than the fact it’s the same make and same colour before getting down to business, the barbwire bat burning a hole in his palm, begging to be used. and without hesitation, his phone is slid into his back pocket and the bat is swung straight into the windscreen, glass SHATTERING onto the dashboard loud enough to echo down the street, and that was just the starting point– once there was no windows left and the wing mirrors were hanging in shame, grace took his house key from his pocket and scratched ‘FULLER’ into the hood of the poor car. it’s only then does he think to check the licence plate– to see if it was indeed the same car as the photo. IT WASN’T.
WAS THERE A POINT IN TRYING to explain his mistake to this guy ? probably not. but promptly, grace drops the bat, lifting his hands in front of him in fear, either he could be killed by this guy or he could go home and be killed by his dad– it was a LOSE LOSE situation.
