some apolleo(+calypso) stuff

i can’t name too many people who ship apolleo,and apollo/calypso/leo??? never. i blame my own interest in it on @crebaiin

apollo and calypso are the bread slices of the cuddle sandwich

calypso makes flower crowns when she’s bored (apollo sobs when calypso wears the laurel wreath and leo wears a crown of hyacinths)

they find karaoke nights amazing

the biggest mess of hair you will ever see. curly and thick hair everywhere it’s torture

singing in the showers is something everyone does together, no need to be embarrassed

sometimes apollo and calypso have their moments where they stare at the most mudane thing, aka a pencil sharpener, and are so amazed by todays technology

apollo’s timeline of the world is so messed up??? he keeps bringing up these rulers who have been dead for centuries and probably still thinks beethoven is on top 20

calypso has no timeline. once again, it’s the small things that freak her  out, like ice trays

leo tries to get them to watch shows and movies like starwars and sherlock, except they’re both too busy asking questions to even pay attention

apollo’s humming will brighten anyone’s day

leo would literally brighten your day, as in there are like 5 fire extenguishers in the bathroom alone.

calypso sings them to sleep if they feel tired. you have literally never heard anything so beautiful

cute friendship bracelets with flower and sun and hammer charms!!!

calypso used to get jealous of apollo&meg, and leo&jason&piper, until she met reyna. calypso’s terrifying level gets raised by 5 points

camping seems pretty nice, they like camping and smores and kumbaya

okay so i want a fic (small or long who cares at this point) where apollo, calypso, and leo are stranded on an island. it doesn’t have to be ogygia but like an island. in the middle of the summer. i want some campfires and fishing attempts and maybe some “how the hell did you eat the one fruit that could probably kill you”. 

dumb romance in the hot summer with just some dumb teens trying to survive.

it was a combo of a few things: va1grace drought, leo apologist, TDP was about to drop, didn't care about so1angelo, a (VG) friend had written something I liked (they deleted it, but its not hard to tell who it was lol), and I was 14 💀 Lowkey u had to be there NGL, some of my best works fr. We had so many theories and shit about Leo becoming a god post death 😭 and him going to Ogygia changed his DNA. That au that was modern Olympus but also Leo was a hitman nymph(?) and Apollo was whining the entire time and hermes was telling Apollo to get a job, Hephaestus was a tech bro, while Eros had a radio station purely to laugh at Apollo.... Genuinely top tier, the world crafting was insane. If I find the delete email, maybe I'll backdate it.

if ur asking abt the logic of it 🤔 iirc something crazy about apollo/leo/calypso and their approaches to love. apollo makes ppl run from him, everyone leaves Calypso, and Leo is in the middle. Then it was ca/pollo losing their divinity (forcefully, accidentally) and facing mortality, w/ the one guy who is fucked up with death. Imma be real, u can read the series and figure it out yourself 💀 but it was partially written before TDP dropped soooooo it was unclear what those 3's dynamic would look like outside of the sneak peek. it was pretty fun, and less depressing than working on isos at the same time, which is why isos ended the way it did smh. 😭😭😭😭 At a certain point it was more navigating Calypso/Apollo than anything else. Was quite literally one of the only people writing for ToA that WASNT so1angelo back then, u have no idea what that was like 😭😭😭

I assume this was sent as judgemental/shameful but i view it fondly because it was fun with friends and it was something with a lot of freedom. I can't say I think about the ship much (at all, rlly) but it was definitely fun enough that my username was capolleon for a time

character: apollo, duh. like i'd pick anyone else? moment: um um um...when the doctors told cam and oli that they were losing the baby and they couldn't do anything to help.

To say Apollo never saw this coming would be an understatement. He thought everything was finally going well for him after his mother’s death, then Cammy started to feel intense stomach pains and one thing led to another and here they were in her hospital bed being told she lost the baby. He could hear her starting to cry and trying to fight it, but he couldn’t move. A whole range of emotions were going through him, he was heartbroken at losing his child, pissed off at everyone including himself for reasons he didn’t even really know yet, and he was confused as to why this would happen. Why were so many things happening to him in a span of months? He had just lost his mother five months ago and now the baby he was so excited for was gone. After the doctor left the room, Cammy and him just sat there in silence for awhile, her silently crying and him just sitting there in silence. Soon though he moved into her bed and wrapped his arms around her. He wasn’t sure what was going to happen to them now, but he knew he loved her and as of right now that was the most important thing.
