I always love it when people write about Yuu coming from a world where Disney movies exist because it is always so silly to me, and there is a lot of different “flavors” to choose!
You got a version of Yuu who is trying to keep this otherworldly knowledge about this land’s history secret. Because this knowledge could very likely end up with them imprisoned, ether because it’s a guarded secret or because it’s so ludicrous that they get thrown in the loony bin.
You can have a Yuu who takes comfort in the knowledge they hold because they literally have nothing, so why not try to use this knowledge to their advantage or to at least use as a comfort.
A Yuu who has fun with it cause this could all be a dream. They sing songs, drop quotes, ask questions to try and find if there are other movie parallels. They smile every time they notice a new hidden Mickey.
Or a Yuu who needs answers because this can not be a coincidence. They keep notes on people and places trying to find their Disney parallels or counterparts, they learn all they can about history or compare to their worlds fiction, they hypothesize what “villain” Ramshackle is supposed to be inspired by, etc. Trying to keep not spiral out of control because which came first? Which is most true? Did one inspire the other? This world’s history vs Yuu’s fiction, which came first?

I love, LOVE the fact that Twst allows so many versions of Yuu to be able to exist in the fandom. Like sure the game might not go in that direction itself (I love game Yuu dw!!) but it's that very reason which allows us to dive into whichever pov we want!!
