In your Amphibia AU, do you think Captain Aldo is still alive after the events involving Andrias’s ranabots, or do you believe he is already dead?

If he is still alive, do you think Sasha apologized to Aldo and Bufo for abandoning them?

And do you think Marcy would have been interested in learning about the story of this captain who managed to live for more than a thousand years?

While it would b funny if he survived after all this time, it’s likely he died in the laser blast Andrias did. But imagine if his replacement was roughly just as old that no one really knows if it’s actually him or someone else

I feel SO dumb for only realizing this now but the toad lords have insignias???

Captain Bufo has the dragonfly while Captain Beatrix has the moth

and it’s not just any moth either that’s a Death’s Head Hawkmoth

Captain Aldo is a spider and I can’t believe I didn’t notice hgfhgdffdgh

and all it took was a trip to the wiki (concept art from Joe Sparrow’s twitter pffbtt)

I have to wonder though, does Captain Grime; Lord of the South Tower have an insignia? if so what is it?? and were Bufo & Beatrix formally dressed for this meeting??? based on how Grime dressed at Toad Tower he never wore anything as fancy as those two so????? but I guess True Colors says otherwise??

It seems like the Toad Lords are a royal family of sorts, or at least that there's nepotism amongst the toads that determines who gets in power.

Grime and his sister are both lords, and the other two kind of resemble them. If nothing else they all seem familiar with each other, and have their thrones all together.

This makes me think that Newtopia selecting a toad lord themselves, especially someone as random as Bog, was highly unorthodox, and that the other toads won't look kindly on it. Combined with how ready the toads were to rebel, it seems like there's been tension building for awhile, and now it's at the boiling point.
