Luche Lazarus Headcanons:

·      Ah yes, the dude whose cheekbones could cut steel

·      He’s been on the receiving end of one too many pranks to count, most of them mistakenly, and each time his yell gets higher pitched and louder

·      He’s the mom, yes, but not willingly. He’s a bitter mom. Like, he’ll take care of you, but will complain the entire time. But, underneath all that he does secretly care

·      He suffers from chronic headaches, so you can often see him rubbing at his temples or pinching the bridge of his nose, especially when he gets annoyed

·      I don’t think Luche’s intentions were as power hungry as they seemed when he took the ring. Rather, I think when he heard power, he thought of a means to save the land he once called home--to really stop the endless amounts of death of those he called friends. Those were the intentions of all the members of the Glaive who betrayed the king. Further still, there’s only so much abuse they were able to handle before someone came along with a better plan than submission to a Crown who didn’t seem to care about them

·      Just like Pelna, he did away with braids and tattoos because maybe the Lucians would stop treating him like trash if they can’t really tell where he’s from

·      He stays under the shower for far too long all the time, until his fingertips get all wrinkly. It’s his coping mechanism. Under the water, he can stop thinking for a brief moment and let the spray work away the tension

·      He likes everything in a particular, organized manner and might have a slight case of OCD, but no one really questions it so he doesn’t dig into it even though he probably should

·      He has a natural charisma and drive that allowed him to become a respected self appointed leader. No one really remembers how he got the position in the first place, but they all just kinda roll with it, and that includes Titus

·      When he doesn’t feel like dealing with the world, he will make Mac n Cheese and watch a movie. He just sits and stares at the screen, letting his mind wander of a better future 

·      He’s usually the designated driver of the Glaives and ends up half dragging, half carrying everyone home once the night is over. He also covers whatever costs are left that the Glaives didn’t pay. He hates them all for it, but uses their drunken shenanigans as blackmail

·      There’s a whole folder of videos on his phone entitled, “Stupid Stuff the Glaive Does” and it’s filled with embarrassing moments. Like that one time Nyx was drunkenly dared to make out with a pole for a full minute. His tongue got stuck to it because it was so cold outside and he nearly started crying

·      He gets sick for one week during the winter no matter what he does and the Glaive usually falls apart in his absence. Titus doesn’t really notice. Luche’s started preparing things in advance just to be safe. The Glaive still falls apart anyway

·      He always has to wear chapstick, otherwise his lips will filet off his body and onto the ground in pieces, so he naturally knows all the best lip care products and gave Crowe some advice. She was both confused and impressed with his knowledge and immediately outed him to the others. It became a running joke for months
