In my head, In Plain Sight, Justified, Burn Notice, White Collar, & Leverage are all in the same universe.
Raylan (J) & Michael (BN) were in Miami around the same time. I'd like to think Michael was undercover with Tommy Bucks' crew when that all went down.
Raylan & Mary (IPS) likely had more than a couple joint ops on the USMS fugitive task force. Plus, he strikes me as just her kind of hit & run heavily-armed & emotionally unavailable co-workers with benefits situationships that she prefers.
Eliot (L) & Fiona (BN) know & admire each other's work. Eliot & Sam (BN) are friends from the service & adventures well after. They can be considered each other's last resort when everything has gone to shit.
Sophie (L) & Sam have run into each other on separate, but concurrent, cons & sized each other up immediately. They hang out when they're in the same towns. Nate is immediately & resolutely not okay with their friendship.
Hardison (L) & Marshall (IPS) are online gaming buddies, but I don't know if they've met in person. They like to team up against Chaos (L) when they have the opportunity. #forthehorde!
Neal & Mozzie (both WC) are straight-up Parker (L) fanboys. Full stop. & Neal has slept with Sophie at least once. They are fabulous friends & esteemed colleagues. Peter (WC) is very much not okay with any of those things, but has to grudgingly admit that she is a brilliant & interesting woman & he can see the appeal.
The day Parker & Fiona meet is glorious (in that divine retribution kinda way)... & takes 10 years off Michael, Sam, Hardison, & Eliot's lives.
Elizabeth (WC), Maggie (L), & Sophie get together for lunch occasionally & it is flippin' delightful. Peter, Nate, & Sterling (L) all get very nervous on those days.
Nate, Sterling, & Sara (L) all have worked together at some point or another & know Neal.
Peter & Nate play chess when they're both in the same town. Both knows exactly what the other one's deal is but politely doesn't discuss it.
Raylan & Eliot would be so hot (I may have to write this fic, it would be filthy). Sweet Jesus on toast.
Marshall & Elizabeth dated in college & remain fond acquaintances. Mary & Peter are not jealous in the slightest. (Uh huh, sure.)
