If I could stop continually having nightmares of being pregnant and being forced to give birth to a child I do not want, that would be swell. I hate this.
I'm a terrible vegan.
Not in the way that you might think. I've never strayed from veganism nor do I ever plan to do so. I mean in the sense that I am absolutely awful at a) trying new vegan foods and b) experimenting in the kitchen. I see delicious recipes everyday on the internet of vegan dishes that I would love to try but when it comes down to it, I'd much rather eat what I normally eat because it's convenient and takes little effort to make. I've never had tofu scramble, I've never made a seitan loaf. I do not own nutritional yeast. Actually, I never ever cook with tofu either. Not ever. I think I need to experiment more :c send me your favorite recipes so that I can try them? (:

At this point, I'm extremely conflicted. It been a dream of mine far longer than I've been a vegan but at the same time, I don't feel right at all fighting for a cause and then going into class using products that were tested on the same animals I've been fighting for. It's awful and counterproductive. I KNOW that I could obviously go to school, get licensed and then be a vegan free lance artist no problem. It's just getting there that seems to be the biggest issue.
