@blade-liger-4ever there are all the 2002 Mike Young show bible pages I have saved
You guys! This page from the show bible of the 2002 MotU reboot has me hyperventilating!
There’s someone here on Tumblr that’s been watching the old 2002 He-Man show and I am really looking forward to them getting to episode 12, “Mechaneck’s Lament”. (I would tag them in this post, but I’m afraid they’re already annoyed with me commenting on all of their posts. I don't want to start tagging them and bothering them even more.)
Anyway, I can’t wait to hear their opinions on one small detail.
The Great Unrest and defeat of Count Marzo.
In the 2002 show, “Captain” Miro is credited for the defeat of Marzo and ending the Great Unrest.
This is of particular interest to me because in the comics, Miro fucking died!
Okay, technically, he was banished to an alternate dimension, but it had the same affect as a death. He was permanently gone from the world and an heir needed to take over his position. So, dead.
And it was Keldor and Randor that defeated Marzo in Miro’s place.
I’m just really curious to hear their thoughts on erasing Keldor from the heroic narrative.
