Captain Peggy and Ms. Shelly
Now that I got a lot of Piper's stuff out of the way, its time to bring some non-mc twst ocs in here!
I've had these two in my docs for almost 2 YEARS now and they are finally seeing the light of day!

Description: A self-proclaimed pirate captain who’s thirst for adventure knows no limit. Her confident and boisterous personality make her a fascinating person to be around. It is not hard for one to be hooked when she tells the stories of her adventures. But, what lies dormant is a strong determination to achieve her goals. And she’ll do anything in her power to do so.

Special Skill: Knowing when her captain is upset and getting to her in a matter seconds (it's still unknown how she does that).
Signature Spell: Aye Aye Captain; When she places her magestone on her head and looks directly into someone’s eyes, she can see into their thoughts. If the target clears their mind, she can also look into their unconscious mind. Only once a day per person though. She can also use it to see further distances.
Description: Captain Peggy’s first mate. Loyalty is her forte. You are most likely to see her with Peggy at all times for whenever she is needed. Kindhearted, empathetic, skilled, a constant desire to help, and a bit clumsy, she dedicates her life to servitude. But that can lead her to be a bit of a pushover that doesn’t take a lot of care for herself.
Both are seniors that come from the girls version of Night Raven College (another school for powerful magicians that represents The Great Seven). The two have internships that make them cross paths with the NRC gang. I plan to write a fanfic which incorporates these two into the main story.
There is more that hides beneath the surface of these two.
