Why isn't the ot4 of T'challa/Sam/Steve/Bucky acknowledge more, they'd actually be a power couple

spoilers ahead but mostly my headcanon

Imagine Sam finding out what Bucky did at the end of the movie. Imagine him being angry at Steve for not telling him. Imagine him resenting Bucky after that because he didn’t even get to say goodbye. Imagine him going to Wakanda, visiting T’challa’s facility just so he can stand in front of bucky and shout at him. 

Imagine Sam telling a frozen Bucky how hard it is. How hard it is being on the run. “You’ve done it before, how about you give us some pointers, huh?” How hard Steve is taking it even though he doesn’t say much. How much Bucky’s decision affected not only Steve but Sam too, but they get it. Imagine Sam telling Bucky that he wish he could have changed Bucky’s mind. 

The three of them would’ve been fugitives hiding from the law and from everyone else but at least they had each other. 

Or, maybe don’t imagine it.

Steve calls him “Bucky” but Sam calls him “Buch” rhymes with “Luke” and when they’re both pissed at him they say: “James Buchanan!”
