something amazing; you were right on the money about Bruce Banner. in the most recent issue of Immortal Hulk, most of it is from Joe Fixit's perspective, and in a monologue he states that Bruce is too concerned about appearances and craving respect of others too much to do what he needs to do. of note, Joe seems to function as an emotional shield for Bruce, saying and doing the things he doesn't want to admit he needs to do, so there's some character exploration possibility in that

concept, one of Grimlock's duties is to periodically drag optimus away from command deck and force him to have some time off once in a while. This is technically the duty of the collective sub-commanders, but Ultra Magnus doesn't see the point, Jazz normally joins in, and Elita-1 tends to be the one reminding them to do so in the first place, and so on

TFP AU where shockwave and wheeljack worked on illegally reviving extinct Transformer sub-species prior to the uprising; Shockwave keeps killing off his Predaking models and improving on them, while Wheeljack raised his creation as his child, and ultimately illustrates a point: Grimlock was given the option, and chose to be an Autobot. Predaking, and his doomed predecessors, never had choices at all.
I love this idea! It’s fun and definitely reflects on the natures of the two!!
With cyberverse under the watching belt, what's your thoughts about Cyberverse Grimlock? I know you feel that RID Grimlock isn't a great Grimlock (evne if he is otherwise a great guy on his own) so what's your thoughts on how Cyberverse handled him?
I LOVE transformers cyberverse grimlock! He is a genuinely funny, charming, and friendly person. I love his friendship with Arcee and I love how easy going he seems to be. HE MADE FRIENDS WITH DINOS!
But also, they work in that his Dino-mode is far less intellectually capable, but still clever in his own right. But making him a brainiac in bot mode? GENIUS
He is truly a delight!
