Since this is very sketchy and bucky's legs just wouldn't behave. I decided to add a little story.
Steve couldn't figure out what was going on in Bucky's head when he put on that outfit. It was insanely distracting. Who was he trying to impress?
The more Steve thought about it, the more he frowned. He always longed for the day that he could finally reveal his feelings. It was always Bucky for him. .
Bucky no matter who he was with at the time, it came back to Bucky.
"Steve, you're staring, Pal." Bucky tried hard to keep a serious expression.
Steve put the Shield on his back. "Yeah, well, so were you."
"You gonna do something about it, tough guy?" Bucky smirked. "I'd rather not wait another century, if you don't mind."
"Well, if that's how you feel..." Steve slowly took Bucky's hand and tugged him into his arms for a kiss.
"Huh, Nat was right." Bucky chuckles, "This was the smart choice of outfit to wear. I've been wanting this for such a long time, Steve."
"She always is." Steve smiled fondly, "well, better late than never?"
"Come here, Jackass," Bucky demanded a deeper kiss. "Language..." Steve snickered as he let himself be manhandled back to the Tower.
