Hi! I've only seen a couple episodes of Supergirl so I don't know many details, but this one sure got my attention - what did they say/do to establish that Lois was a woc?

That’s tricky. It’s not been made explicit on the show, but when the show cast Jenna Dewan Tatum as Lucy Lane, it opened up the possibility that Lois could be a WOC given that Jenna is part Lebanese. So it’s more aspirational than anything else to want Lois to be cast as a WOC on the show as a way of not erasing Jenna’s background and to increase diversity both for the show and for the types of women who play Lois Lane.
