One thing that was really important when my dad quit smoking was patience. He was agitated a lot of the time bc he couldnt get his smokes and it made it very hard to talk to him sometimes. Im not sure if everyones like that, but patience was super important for us I hope things go well! Im rooting for u guys >:0 💪💪💪

thank you! I think we can do this. he’s already occasionally irritable because of the meds, so I’m kinda used to it at this point.

we’ve made a quit plan, and we’re gonna clear out all his cigarettes and ashtrays and stuff, too, so. I’m optimistic!
