The Replacement Will

Nurse Angie Carter had caught Billy in the act doing something very strange. Unlike other intruders that Angie had apprehended in the past, Billy wasn’t taking things from her nursing home residents, but placing something in Mr Bennett’s belongings. After tying up and gagging Billy, Angie was able to study the short document she had confiscated from the young man when she captured him.

“Ah, I see,” the nurse mused, smiling to herself slightly, “this is a replacement will isn’t it, sir? This new one designates you as your uncle’s sole beneficiary.” Billy glared at Angie while struggling uncomfortably in his bonds. “We’ll see what Mr Bennett has to say about this in the morning. And if he’s not happy, then I’ll hand you and this forged will over to the police.”

“Mmmmph…” complained Billy unhappily. Angie looked over at the captive before standing up with a swish of nylon on nylon, and leaving him to his frustrated misery. “Till then, you have a comfortable night.” she told him with a wicked grin.
