If you don't actually fancy reading the books while in game, you could look up Dovahkiin Gutenberg through google, should be the first result. They've compiled an ebook of all the books in game, as well as the books of older games. (They're good to plow through when commuting.)

Hometown Story has nothing to do with Harvest Moon other than it was made by the same guy. :D (Yasuhiro Wada.) Not really a spin off so much as a game stuck in the shadow of the HM series. Haha.

well it seems fun so far. i'm not really sure what i'm doing (i have a lot of "key" items but I'm not really sure how to get rid of them? they don't sell and I seem to have to pick just the right one to put out for the day or else the cutscene with whoever is supposed to buy it doesn't happen) but it's really enjoyable.

and i'm having a hard time exploring when i have to run the shop :C

@Jita: yeah it’s really annoying because i wanted to get a tattoo since i was 10 but i was always afraid that my parents won’t let me (they’re completely against it) and then my brother walks in and goes like “IM GETTING A TATTOO” and theyre like yea cool
