Tonight I ventured into phase 3️⃣ of #bodyrevolution and HOWLY FURY! That ish was hard. My yoga mat was covered in dripping sweat and my eyelids were sweating. I tried to get a good picture of that but all I kept seeing was my #carbface. I usually try to make that less noticeable in pictures but since I've been getting lots of questions about how I knew what foods don't work for my body I figured I should share! When I eat grains (gluten AND others) my face swells I get red splotchy skin always on my face and sometimes on my hand and ears. I get raised welts on my face and I am BLOATED capital B. I had rice this weekend. And this is the result. When I was completely diehard grain free and accidentally ingested it I blistered all over my hands mouth and ears. So I'd say that's a sign my body doesn't agree with it. I have pictures and try my best to document it because it sucks. Now I may have the particular symptoms because of my look-lymphedema or my hypothyroidism- not sure. But listen🗣👂🏼 to your body folks!!! After all you know it best! #workinghardeveryday
