By the way regarding the y232 update, the cap for files will be file size not length, the ffmpeg wasm implementation limits storage to 4 GB at the moment and I have ideas about working around that but thatll take a bit of elbow grease and Im planning that for a later update. Be aware though that this will mean the files will be stored on your machine (in browser) so you'll likely have to clean up every so often manually (which I will provide tools to do), though there will be an automatic timeout for files after which theyll be auto deleted.

I think Im gonna take a couple of days next week and sort out some of the Y232 updates I've been wanting to do here's the short list:

Get a cors proxy set up

Get yt-dlp to run in browser in pyodide with the aid of the cors proxy

Get ffmpeg wasm hooked up to yt-dlp

Rewire functions to (optionally) use the then localized functionality

Finally rename the source libraries to Carch

I need to change the name of the libraries Im maintaining to support Y232 because someone else is using the name, currently these libraries are titled yt-dlp-web-api and yt-dlp-web-ui I think i just want to change the yt-dlp-web part, so theyll be carch-api and carch-ui (carch being community archival shortened)
