be available for them to talk to you when they need it, if possible

fix them a warm drink or snack/meal

make their surroundings comfortable, with soft blankets and fluffed cushions

send them a blessing in whatever religion you practice

let them lean/lay on you, if you’re both comfortable with that

take them out in the sunshine with you, and ensure that you’re both wearing skin protection
