I went through hell. WE went through hell. our entire system is affected. our life is full of small accommodations to deal with triggers. we have an introject of the leader of the group that tries to enforce old programs that we’re trying to get rid of. we see a RAMCOA specialist once a week. we have to take our showers at the fucking YMCA because of things that were done to us in a small bathroom like the one in my home. we had to change our whole name. we had to cut off everyone we knew from our old life. and there is so much more that I don’t want to get into.
