Carnival Squash Soup with Roasted Garlic and Apple (Vegan)

Purple cauliflower, carnival squash, and a piece of mimolette, an orange French cheese. It just looked so striking, I wanted to show you.

"Pumpkin" get!

Okay, so it's a squash, but the grocery store I went to was cleaned out of small pumpkins ^^;

I love the colors though and once it starts to get squishy, into the compost it goes!

And as for my candied apple, I may have to make my own, because the desert is not like the east coast in its love for candied apples lol

But at least I'll get to try out something new, which is fun!
